ST. LOUIS-Mills Properties Inc., owned by Bruce Mills and KirkMills, has acquired a major stake in the Pavilion apartmentcommunity in west St. Louis County. The St. Louis-based company,which has managed the 840-unit property for five years, now holdsan ownership interest in the complex.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The multifamily propertyis 94% occupied. It is located beside the West Pointe Apartments,which was acquired for $51 million on October 25 by MillsProperties. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
