SAN DIEGO-CoStar Group reported that Peckham Family Trust haspicked up an industrial building that houses a U.S. Army Reservesarmory in Sorrento Valley for about $7 million. The40,782-square-foot facility, located at 11620-11630 Sorrento ValleyRoad, was sold by Marquis Property Co. of Malibu.

The Sorrento Valley industrial building was constructed in 1963and refurbished in 2005. In the deal, the buyer was represented byCushman & Wakefield and the seller was represented by CFI.For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
