IRONDALE, AL-Grants Mill Station, a 226,837-square-foot retailproperty in Irondale, was sold last week for $2.2 million. Thebuying entity, a joint venture between Toronto-based SkylineInternational Development and businessman Mark Gold, bought theretail center from Brixmor Property Group Inc. of New York.
