HOUSTON-O'Connor Capital Partners and Simmons Vedder Partnershave sold Westchase Park, a six-story Class A office building inthe Westchase District of Houston. The buyer was New York-basedClarion Partners, which also bought seven acres of land beside thesite for office development as part of the deal.
The 272,361-square-foot office building, situated at 3700 W. SamHouston Parkway, is 98.4% occupied by eight tenants. It receivedLEED Gold certification in 2010. HFF represented the seller, whileClarion had self-representation in the deal. For the full story,go to Houston Business Journal .
