JEFFERSONTOWN, KY-A local investor has purchased two multifamilyproperties in Jeffersontown for $2.5 million. The23,420-square-foot Eastview Apartments situated on Eastview Avenuecomprises 34 units and the 59,335-square-foot Sprowl MeadowApartments situated at 3041 Sprowl Road contains 76 units.
