SAN ANTONIO-A real estate investment trust has expanded itsmultifamily portfolio with the acquisition of three apartmentcommunities in Texas and Illinois. Steadfast Income REIT Inc. hasspent approximately $68 million on three multifamily properties,which include Ashley Oaks in North Central San Antonio and onecommunity each in Palatine and Roselle, Illinois.
