HOUSTON- Houston Chronicle reported that Invesco Real Estatebased in Dallas is likely to acquire Williams Tower, a 64-storytrophy building in the Galleria area, for a price of $420 million.The yet-to-be-signed deal is slated for completion in 2013,according to the report. Hines Real Estate Investment Trust placedthe skyscraper for sale in August 2012. Hines' subsidiary boughtthe property in 2008 for $271.5 million.
