NEW YORK CITY-A Jamestown fund is close to purchasing the MilkStudios building situated in the Meatpacking District for $300million. The eight-story, 325,000-square-foot office building at450 W. 15th St. was converted from storage to commercial space.

Along with the photography studio, Chandler Chicco and Phillipsde Pury are major tenants in the building. In 2008, Rockpoint andStellar Management purchased the building for $161 million throughEastdil Secured's Adam Spies and Douglas Harmon. For thefull story, go to New York Post .
