FARMERS BRANCH, TX-PacTrust sold the six-story,181,961-square-foot One Colinas Crossing to TIB—TheIndependent Bankers Bank (TIB). The buyer plans to moveits headquarters to the 12-year-old, class A office building.
The property, located at 11701 Luna Rd., already has JDASoftware as a tenant. JDA currently occupies 50% of thebuilding. TIB will occupy the remainder of the building.
Jamie Jennings and KeithFisher of Stream Realty Partners LPrepresented the seller, PacTrust. Robert Deptulaof Transwestern represented TIB in thetransaction. Representatives involved with the sale were notimmediately available for comment; an update will follow.
