HOBOKEN, NJ-SJP Properties, which currently has $1 billion worth of projects under construction in New Jersey including Waterfront Corporate Center III – for which ground was broken here this week – has a new financial partner on this development: USAA.

The insurance company’s real estate investment arm was “looking to put money into a project in the New York metropolitan area, and we developed a relationship with them,” SJP’s executive vice-president Jeff Schotz tells GlobeSt.com.
