Saddle Vineyards LP recently sold the 74-unit Macon PointeApartments in the Berclair area for $925,000 to Macon PointeApartments LLC, while Hudson Advisors sold the 36-unit ChamblissVillage Apartments, the 64-unit Birchleaf Place and the 40-unitGraceland Square in the West Winchester submarket for $1.04 millionto Saddle Vineyards LP.
