COLUMBUS, OH-An affiliate of Trident Capital Group based inBoston has sold a distribution center measuring 509,000 square feetat 2727 London-Groveport Road in Columbus for a price of roughly$13.6 million. An affiliate of Cabot Properties Inc. also based inBoston is the buyer of the industrial property situated close toRickenbacker International Airport. Trident Capital bought thebuilding for $13 million as part of a larger acquisition in threeyears ago.
