CAMBRIDGE, UK-LaSalle Investment Management has purchased thelong leasehold of The Parkway, a retail scheme in Bury St Edmunds,for around GBP 10 million. The 41,100-square-foot leisure scheme,developed in 2005, anchored by a Cineworld multiplex cinema andincludes five restaurants.
