MIAMI BEACH-The Miami Herald reported that Miami Beach-basedTerranova Corp. and Acadia Realty Trust have purchased athree-building retail portfolio along Lincoln Road in Miami Beachfor $139 million. It is the highest price paid in 2012 for theLincoln Road property.

The three retail properties are located at 719, 801 and 826Lincoln Road. They are leased to several tenants including Score,Steve Madden and Fossil. Last month, Terranova leased space in theLincoln Road district for a Gap store. For the full story, go toSouth Florida Business Journal .
