TAMPA, FL-Blue Rock Partners LLC of Tampa has purchased threemultifamily properties totaling 1,218 units in Lakeland and Brandonfor $66 million in partnership with Deerfield Beach-based KonoverSouth LLC. The apartment complexes were sold by limited liabilitycompanies associated with Zygmut "Zygi" Wilf.
The properties include Plantation Key Apartments, a 712-unitcomplex, and Providence Park Apartments, a 270-unit property, inBrandon and Martin's Landing Apartments, a 236-unit complex inLakeland. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
