ST. LOUIS-Campus Evolution Villages LLC, an affiliate ofLauderhill Partners LLC, has purchased four student housingproperties from Gulfstream Capital Partners for $46.5 million. Theproperties, called the Campus Core portfolio, include a 360-bed,120-unit complex in Warrensburg, Missouri; a 480-bed, 156-unitcommunity in Spartanburg, South Carolina; a 432-bed, 120-unitcommunity in Ruston, Louisiana; and a 490-bed, 140-unit communityin Murray, Kentucky.
