OCEANSIDE, CA-James and Linda Ritch have picked up a mixed-usebuilding in Oceanside. They paid $3.6 million for the residentialand retail property at 510 N. Coast Highway and 502-508Sportsfisher Drive. The property comprises 16 apartment units and 4retail suites.
