LAKEWOOD, CO-A California-based real estate company haspurchased two office buildings totaling 49,000 square feet inLakewood. Pathfinder Partners LLC, based in San Diego, haspurchased two facilities at the Garrison Business Park at 9195-9197W. 6th Ave. for $4.5 million from the Great American LeasingCorp.
The buildings, which comprise office, warehouse and laboratoryspace, are leased to ATG Rehab, Golder Associates Inc. and PinkardConstruction Co. Larry Thiel and Brad Cohen of Transwesternrepresented the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go toDenver Business Journal .
