HOUSTON-Locally based commercial real estate owner and managerZenith Real Estate Group has tapped Avison Youngto market and lease its 11-building portfolio. The portfolioconsists of office buildings are in the Westchase submarket ofHouston and totals 953,812 square feet of space.
