FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA-Construction of Hyundai MotorAmerica's new $200-million US corporate headquarters herehas reached another milestone. Final perimeter panels of exteriorglass have been undergoing installation on the project's mainoffice tower. The new headquarters project is being touted as thelargest investment in a US office building ever made by thefirm.

According to John Krafcik, CEO of Hyundai MotorAmerica, “This milestone brings us one step closer to realizing ourvision for the future. Our new national headquarters will be anexpressively visual representation of Hyundai's innovation andcreativity.”

The sleek and modern building designed by global architecturalfirm Gensler is classic in design, withtranslucent glass office floors floating over a precast concretebase. All exterior perimeter glass panels are now in place, exceptwhere temporary construction elevators are needed on the building'swest side. The general contractor for the project isHyundai Amco America, Inc.
