The mixed-use development, which cameonline in the mid-2000s, is an apartment complex housing manystudents attending nearby Texas Christian University, with theretail space being at street level.
Located on the 2800 block of West Bowie Street, Grandmarc'sretail tenants include Café Brazil and XII Whiskey Bar andGrill.
