LOS ANGELES-Charles Dunn Company hascompleted three multifamily property sales totaling $9,315,000 inthe Koreatown submarket of Los Angeles.

Janet Neman, senior managing director, andBryan Glenn, senior director, of Charles DunnCompany
represented the seller, Executive Commercial Properties, as well asthe individual buyers on all three transactions. The properties areeach about two blocks away from each other and are within walkingdistance to Wilshire Boulevard, theWilshire/Normandie Metro, and the formerAmbassador Hotel site, which is currently theRobert F. Kennedy Community Schools complex.

"These three properties are centrally located in theMid-Wilshire/Koreatown submarket, an area that has undergonetremendous revitalization and is one of the most densely populated,high-demand rental
areas in Los Angeles," said Glenn. "The properties were offered atattractive cap rates and with favorable financing that will enablethe new owners to enjoy strong cash flow and great returnsyear-over-year."
