SAN FRANCISCO-Residents began to occupy Avant Housing'sVara apartment complex Friday just hours after it was soldto Dallas-based Behringer Harvard. With theacquisition of 1880 Mission St., a 194-unit apartment developedover the last two years, Behringer Harvard has its firstMission District property, says the SanFrancisco Business Times. The price was not disclosed.

Avant, a partnership between TMG Partners andAGI Capital Partners, has now sold its first threedevelopments with a combined value of more $400 million, thewebsite says.
