MIAMI—The Sports Authority is keeping its retailing bets inKendall. Berkowitz Development Group just inked a43,000-square-foot lease renewal with the sporting goods retailerat its 194,624-square-foot Kendallgate Shopping Center.

Kendallgate Shopping Center is located at the entrance to WestKendall on the Southwest Corner of North Kendall Drive (SW 88Street) and The Florida Turnpike. This is a high population area,helping the shopping center attract the likes ofBed Bath & Beyond, DSW, Petco, ULTA, and Comp USA.
