Nicholson, CoryLowe, Dick Loffelmacher and Alex Martinacof CBRE's Portland office represented Wal-Mart, in the transaction.The buyer is electric motorcyclemanufacturer Brammo,Inc., who acquired the building to accommodate a growingmarketdemand.
