Prior to joining FPL, with over 20 years of executive searchconsulting experience, Ross most recently served as partner atHeidrick and Struggles and previously led theCanadian financial services executive search practice atA.T. Kearney/Edward W. Kelley Partners. Ross holdsan Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto and a J.D./LL.B.from the University of British Columbia.
