MENLO PARK, CA-Those who follow @GlobeStcom onTwitter and @GlobeStLIVEmay have seen a post teasing the announcement, but GlobeSt.com haslearned that St. Anton Partners andFacebook recently revealed a strategiccollaboration to build Anton Menlo, a 394-unit multifamily housingcommunity within walking distance of Facebook's existing Menlo Parkheadquarters and their new West Campus, which is currently underconstruction.

Designed by architecture firm KTGY Group Inc.,the infill redevelopment project is an assemblage of nearly 10acres of formerly industrial land near Marsh Road off of Highway101 in Menlo Park, CA. The site recently received its final zoningapproval from the Menlo Park City Council and is currently in thedesign review phase with City staff. Anton Menlo represents theCity's first significant new apartment building in over 20years.

The $120 million apartment community provides housing in ahighly constrained area of the Bay Area Peninsula. Throughextensive focus groups, surveys and coordination with Facebook,Anton Menlo was designed with cutting-edge technology features andcommunity amenities catering to today's sophisticated renters.
