IRVINE, CA-Auction.com closed 24 online auctiontransactions for commercial assets during thetwo-week period of September 6-20. The assets were in 14 states andhad a combined total value of more than $83 million.

Among the assets sold were two California properties:Civic Center Tower, a 109,850-square-footoffice building in San Jose, listed byColliers International; and VictorvillePavilion, a 37,331-square-foot retailproperty in Victorville, CA, listed by Cushman &Wakefield. Also sold were Hart KingsCrossing, a 138,362-square-foot retail center inShreveport, LA, listed by Corporate Realty; andVillage at Sandhill Forum Center, a174,160-square-foot retail center in Columbia, SC, listed byFaison & Associates LLC. The Shreveportclosing was the largest transaction for Auction.com during thattime period.
