PHILADELPHIA-Another high-profile multifamily property indowntown Philadelphia has been put on the market for sale.
Ownership of the 270-unit Edgewater developmentis now available. The 13-story building and 20 adjacent townhouseson 23rd and Race streets is being packaged with the site that wouldhouse the second phase of the project—a 22-story, 240-unitapartment tower, according to the Philadelphia BusinessJournal.
The first phase of Edgewater was developed by RealenProperties of Wayne, PA., and its finance partnerNorthwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. for $70million. See story in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
