IRVINE, CA-Auction.com LLC has facilitatedonline auctions resulting in the closing of 27 commercialassets in 22 states between October 23 and November 6. Thesales had a combined total value of more than $262 million.

The assets sold included industrial, retail,self-storage and multifamily properties.Among the highlights were Yorba Linda BusinessPark, a 115,760-square-foot industrial park in YorbaLinda, CA, listed by Cushman & Wakefield;Preston Trail Village, a 179,959-square-footretail center in Dallas listed by Rockwood Real EstateAdvisors; Marlboro Self Storage, a537-unit facility in Englishtown, NJ, listed by Jones LangLaSalle; Jasmine at Holcomb Bridge, a437-unit multifamily complex in Alpharetta, GA, listed byHFF; Courthouse Marketplace RetailCenter, a 98,963-square-foot retail center in VirginiaBeach, VA, listed by Cushman & WakefieldThalhimer; Mallard Cove Apartments, a211-unit multifamily complex in Greenville, SC, listed by Cushman& Wakefield; and Gateway Commerce Center, a55,820-unit retail center in Gainesville, VA, listed by Cushman& Wakefield Thalhimer.

The recent sales period surpasses Auction.com's three-week salesperiod in October, on which GlobeSt.com reported earlier this month. At that time,Auction.com had facilitated the closing of 37commercial assets in 19 states from October 4-22, which had acombined total value of more than $142 million.
