DALLAS–Regus has signed a five-year leaserenewal for 22,331 square feet. Tremont RealtyCapital owns the class A office building.
The company is located in the Abrams Centre, a15-story, 325,750-square-foot office building. The property,located at 9330 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, was built in 1983.
“We are happy to be able to complete this transaction andaccommodate Regus,” says Dennis Walsh of Tremont.“They run a first class operation and, given Regus' commitment, itvalidates Abrams Centre as a premier business address.”
