MIAMI—The Raleigh Group, founded by designerTommy Hilfiger, has acquired The RaleighHotel on Miami Beach.

No purchase price was reported for the 105-room artdeco-designed facility that was designed in 1940 by architect L.Murray Dixon. The property, which will become the flagship propertyfor The Raleigh Group, was formerly owned by DavidEdelstein and Sam Nazarian and willcontinue to be managed by sbe EntertainmentGroup.
