GREENVILLE, SC—Lee & Associates' Greenvilleoffice has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the200,000-square-foot, Class A multi-tenant Logue Park atPelham office and warehouse development here byCothran Properties.
The $11-million project, currently under construction, isexpected to be completed by late summer. Pre-leasing for space atthe property has already begun.
