SECAUCUS, NJ–Two long-term leases were signed at a Meadowlandsoffice building, with the tenants signing together as one entitytaking 7,300 square feet.
Bergman Real Estate Group and GottesmanReal Estate Partners arranged the leases at 333Meadowlands Parkway, a six-story building with a total of 138,000square feet. The office part of the building is now close to fullyoccupied.
University Communications, Inc. andFortressitx, LLC, jointly signed leases, withCresa NJ's Edward M. Englishrepresenting them in a deal that allows quickoccupancy.
