DETROIT—CBRE Group, Inc. has just decided toincrease the responsibilities of John Latessa, theLos Angeles-based company's senior managing director for theDetroit metro area and the three Ohio markets of Cincinnati,Columbus and Cleveland. He already leads over 600 CBREprofessionals and will now assume an even broader leadership rolewithin the Midwest.

In addition to Michigan and Ohio, Latessa will now beresponsible for Indianapolis, led locally by JohnMerrill, St. Louis, led by Jeff Kaiser,and Kansas City, MO, led by Mike Klamm. Inrecognition of these expanded responsibilities, Latessa will alsojoin CBRE's Eastern Division Executive Committee.
