HOUSTON–El Tiempo Cantina has signed a leasefor 7,000 square feet in the AmREIT-owned WoodlakeSquare shopping center. This will be the seventh locationfor the Tex-Mex restaurant.
“For the past 55 years, the Laurenzo family has been deliveringone of the highest quality products, with an exceptionalenvironment, at some of the best restaurant locations in Houston,”says Charles Scoville, senior vice president atAmREIT. “El Tiempo is a perfect fit for thecenter, and we believe they will both complement the other tenantofferings as well as attract customers to the center."
With this lease, the 161,000-square-foot shopping center will be97.3% occupied. It is anchored by Randalls andWalgreens. Other tenants include Corner Bakery,Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Starbucks, and Wells Fargo Bank.
