MIAMI—Blanca Commercial Real Estate just landedyet another exclusive leasing gig. After acquiring one of SouthFlorida's most iconic properties, Miami-based Banyan StreetCapital and Los Angeles-based Oaktree CapitalManagement tapped Blanca to lease Douglas Entrance OfficePark in Coral Gables.

Located at 800 South Douglas Road, Douglas Entrance Office Parkis a 467,325-square-foot, five-building landmark office complex.The park includes a mix of class A high-rise office towers,street-level retail, boutique office suites, and event space.

Banyan and Oaktree recently acquired the asset from Chicago-basedPearlmark Real Estate Partners for nearly $101million. Tenants include MasTec, Simply Healthcare, and AECOM.Blanca executive vice president Juan Ruiz andassociate vice president Alexander Cahlin areheading up leasing efforts.
