DALLAS–Kimco Realty has sold Mesquite TownCentre Plaza to QEH Mesquite LLC. The acquisitionprice was not disclosed. Mesquite Town Centre Plaza is a209,766-square-foot retail property that sits on nearly 15 acres inMesquite, TX.
“Mesquite Town Centre Plaza was an opportunityto buy a high performing center in the regional retail hub ofMesquite,” says Tom Salanty, executive directorwith Cushman & Wakefield. “Interest in the property was strong,attracting multiple bidders, furthering evidence of demand forretail real estate in the Town East trade area.”
The property, which is 80% occupied, is anchored byBurlington Coat Factory and AshleyFurniture. The anchor tenants occupy 57% of the totalspace.
