MIAMI—DP Property Holding is loosening its gripon the last vacant waterfront site in Downtown Miami.CBRE is marketing the 1.25-acre parcel at 300Biscayne Boulevard Way.

The site is next to the Epic Residences and Hotel. There's roomenough for a development that spans 2 million square feet of grossbuilding area with views of the bay and Downtown Miami, accordingto CBRE. The property also offers access sot the only private dockin Downtown Miami capable of accommodating megayachts.

“Since we began marketing the property a few weeks ago, we havereceived tremendous interest from local as well as foreign groups,including several new-to-market entrants,” says CBRE'sRobert Given. CBRE is requesting preliminary bidsby May 15th, 2014.
