NORWOOD, NJ—Mahwah, NJ-based GlobalSoft DigitalSolutions has signed a long-term lease for 16,000 squarefeet of industrial space at 385 Chestnut St. here.
The company will take space at the six-building industrialcomplex owned by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Thetransaction was negotiated by the brokerage team at NAIJames E. Hanson on behalf of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.Nina Bianco of NIA National RealtyInc. represented the tenant.
GlobalSoft Digital Solutions, founded in 1998, provides digitalprint, marketing and distribution solutions to clients through theuse of advanced digital technology.
