SACRAMENTO, CA—On behalf of its KBS REIT II,KBS has inked three leases totaling 35,126square-feet at Gateway Corporate Center I &II, in the Natomas submarket.

Regus signed a new lease for15,447 square-feet while POSPortal signed a 14,398-square-foot renewal lease.Ron Thomas and Sean Mullen ofCushman & Wakefield represented KBS REIT II inboth transactions. Amy DeAngleis of CBRErepresented Regus, while Dave Smith ofCresa Partners represented POSPortal.
