Scope of work: Construction of 300,000 sfof new and renovated buildings in the existing high-end open airshopping center in Walnut Creek, California, including a newtwo-story retail building, refacing of existing storefronts, fourlevels of new parking and sitework improvements throughout theshopping center. Construction started in February 2014 and isexpected to be substantially completed in December 2016.

Silicon Valley Microelectronic ManufacturingFacility
Contract value: approx. $110million
Scope of work: Construction of a new70,000-sf clean room, including new support steel structures andutilities, along with new interior office upgrades within anexisting overall upgraded 270,272-sf two-story building.Construction started in April 2014 and is expected to besubstantially completed in May 2015.
