The property at 106 Harbor Drive was acquired for $4.6 million.NAI's Tom Ryan and Barry Cohorskyrepresented the seller, a family investor.

Cohorsky and Ryan represented CenterPoint Harbor in a54,000-square-foot lease transaction with Iron MountainInformation Management. The tenant provides recordsmanagement and data protection services company, and has facilitiesthroughout North America. Iron Mountain signed a 10-yearlease.
