ATLANTA—Multifamily management company Pinnaclereports it has added two key executives to its growing SoutheasternUS operations.
Dallas-based Pinnacle has named Karen Nelsonvice president/relationship manager, and JosephRenaud, regional property manager. Both will be based atPinnacle's recently opened Atlanta office.
Nelson is charged with cultivating new and existing clientrelationships in Pinnacle's Southeastern market and brings morethan 17 years of real estate experience to the firm. Prior toPinnacle, she procured new business for Bell Partners in the firm'smid-Atlantic region and significantly expanded the company'smanagement portfolio. She also held an operational and leadershiprole with Stellar Advisors, a regional manager position with EquityResidential and a regional leasing and marketing director role withRREEF.
