PHOENIX—Clear Title Agency ofArizona announces the promotion of a key member ofits management team. Mike Winters has beenpromoted to vice president of East Valley Operations at Clear TitleAgency of Arizona.

Winters joined the Clear Title team just over 3 years ago as thebranch manager of the Mesa/Gilbert Branch. He has more than25 years of experience in all facets of operations in the escrowand title industry, including various management level positionspreviously at The Talon Group, Capital Title Agency of Arizona andUnited Title Agency. In his new position, Winters will oversee EastValley Operations, which includes recruiting, marketing, branchsupport and mentoring.
