HOUSTON–Arium Briar Forest has sold toDallas-based Provident Realty Advisors. The476-unit garden-style apartment complex was sold by CarrollOrganization. The sale price was not disclosed.
The recently renovated apartment complex is located at12951 Briar Forest Dr. and is close to Interstate10, Highway 6 and Beltway 8.
“This property is adjacent to the Enclave Business Park, whichhouses Sysco, Dow and Toyota as tenants,” says RyanEpstein of CBRE, who brokered the deal for theseller. “These major employers will ensure a steady stream ofrenters in this market for years to come.”
