PHOENIX—The Chef's Warehouse is making its foray into thePhoenix with a 14,488 square-foot lease at 745 W. Fairmont Dr.Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc.negotiated the lease.
Headquartered in New York, The Chefs' Warehouse is a specialtyfood distributor that began sourcing products for high-end chefsmore than 30 years ago. The company has locations in majormetropolitan areas across the U.S. and in Canada. This is thefirst Chef's Warehouse location in Arizona.
The lease brings the property to 100 percent leased and TheChef's Warehouse will take occupancy this summer.
