MIAMI—The Holiday Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista, a 503-room hotelin Orlando, has sold. Vista Hospitality Companysold the hotel to ROCH Capital free and clear ofdebt. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to Real Capital Analytics, this isthe largest hotel sale brokered in Orlando in2014. The hotel is part of a three-propertyportfolio HFF is marketing on behalf of Vista thatalso includes the Crowne Plaza Orlando Downtown (which is currentlyon the market) and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites FortLauderdale, which closed in March.

“The seller underwent a massive renovation to convert this assetfrom exterior to interior corridors,” HFF director MichaelWeinberg tells GlobeSt.com. “This process was unique andgave them a product offering that exceeds the expectations ofguests with oversized rooms relative to the competition. Customerslove it!”
