HOUSTON–Pavonis Group's new real estatetechnology company, RealNex, has started its firstphase of integration for its newly acquired product suite. Part ofthis new product includes the live version of Real EstateAssistant, a customer relationship management tool that isdesigned for the commercial brokerage industry. The whole suite wasdemonstrated last week at RealComm in Las Vegas.

The new system includes features like event scheduling, reportand brochure creation and a comprehensive contract/companydatabase. It also allows users to auto sync to Microsoft Office inorder to track and link deals, listings, properties, buyers,seller, tenants, spaces and comps. All of this will allow users toaccess the crucial information from anywhere through read-onlymobile device access.
