COLUMBUS, OH—CBRE Group, Inc. has just promotedMichael Copella to managing director of itsColumbus operations, effective July 1. He will succeed RobClick, who, as previously announced, will step down asColumbus market leader. Click will remain with CBRE and continueworking with key clients and on corporate initiatives.

Copella has been a vice president in CBRE's office servicesgroup in Columbus since 2011. He specialized in tenantrepresentation and established a particularly strong position asone of the top real estate professionals serving healthcare clientsin Columbus, CBRE officials said.
